Our spacious family room of 51 m2 is located on the first floor. The room is comfortably furnished and has two bedrooms that can be closed: a room with a box spring (160 x 200), wardrobe and two armchairs and a room with two single beds (90 x 200). The skylights are fitted with insect screens and blackout curtains. The room has a bathroom with a sink and rain shower. The toilet is separate. Both bedrooms are equipped with a fan with night mode, which ensures a good night’s sleep during the hot summer days.
*) For a stay of one night with three to four people, the rate is € 195.00. If you stay at least two nights, the rate is € 172.00 per night.

For the possible third person there is a box spring of 90 x 200. The room has a bathroom with a sink, toilet and shower. The skylights are fitted with insect screens and blackout curtains. There is also a fan with night mode, which ensures a good night’s sleep during the hot summer days.
*) For a stay of one night with two people, the rate is € 114.00. If you stay at least two nights, the rate is € 94.00 per night.

Our two terrace rooms (each 22 m2) are located on the ground floor. They are located next to each other and can be booked separately. The rooms have a box spring (160 x 200), wardrobe and two armchairs. The bathroom is open and has a sink and rain shower. The toilet is separate and closed with a door. There is a fan with night mode, which ensures a good night’s sleep during the hot summer days. The room also has a private terrace with seating, where you can enjoy a beautiful view.

Our luxury room is a room with a lot of space (44 m2), which is located on the first floor. The comfortably furnished room has a large box spring (180 x 210), wardrobe and two armchairs. The room has an open bathroom with sink and rain shower. The toilet is closed with a door. The skylights are fitted with insect screens and blackout curtains. There is also a fan with night mode, which ensures a good night’s sleep during the hot summer days. The room has a private (covered) terrace with seating on the ground floor overlooking the pool. The stairs to the room are steep, but passable.
*) For a stay of one night, the rate is € 129.00. If you stay at least two nights, the rate is € 109.00 per night.
Free facilities
- WiFi is available in the living room of the guest house.
- You can drink the water from the tap. It is of good quality.
- Coffee and tea are available at the coffee corner in the living room.
- If you want to go cycling, you can borrow our bikes.
- There is a high chair in the living room and on request we can place a bed rail (for a single bed) or cot in your room. The cot can bear a weight of up to 15 kg.
- You can safely park your car on our own property.
Extra options (for a fee)
- You can eat with us every evening. We serve a two-course menu followed by coffee or tea. The price is € 22,50. A children’s portion costs € 12,50. Drinks are not included.
- It is also possible to have lunch with us.
- In the central hall of the guesthouse is a fridge (self-service) with bottles of water, cans of soft drinks, bottles of fruit juice, beer and bottles of wine. It is also possible to buy a (water) ice cream in high season.
- Feel free to bring your own towels for the pool. Would you prefer to rent them from us, that is possible too. The rate is € 5,00 per towel.
- Do you drive an electric or hybrid car? In our parking we have a power supply (European socket, 220V), so that you can provide your car with power again. Please notify us in advance so that we can reserve a spot for you.
Cancellation
If you are unable to spend the night(s) with us due to circumstances, we will apply the following cancellation policy:
- If you cancel ≥ 30 days before the arrival date, we will not charge any fee.
- If you cancel > 14 and < 30 days before the arrival date, we will charge 50% of the total amount.
- If you cancel ≤ 14 days before the arrival date, we will charge the full amount.
- If you decide to shorten your stay after arrival, we will charge for the duration of the stay fully booked.
Nice to know
- Every day we serve a delicious breakfast from 8:15 AM to 9:30 AM, which you partly compose yourself.
- We serve dinner at 7:00 PM.
- On the day of arrival you can check in from 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM at the latest. And on the day of departure we ask you to check out no later than 10:00. If there is a wish for a different arrival and/or departure time, please discuss this with us in advance.
